- A fictional mobile platform team needed to understand whether a release was healthy without assembling evidence manually across separate tools.

- We organised the experience around release comparisons, journey health, ownership, anomalies, and explicit go, hold, or rollback decisions.

- Signal taxonomy, quality dashboard, alert routes, release record, automation map, and operational runbook.
